PR & Marketing Department was established in 2011 with an aim to focus on improving vocational and technical capacities, utilization of commercialization potentials, bridging the demand and supply gap of demand driven skilled manpower, raising the brand image of PVTC and promotion of the exchange of knowledge between the institutions and the community.

PR & Marketing team responds to the needs of the industry and youth for skill and learning products by being demand driven; thus using the most direct way to meet organizational mission of satisfying industrial need of skilled workforce and at the same time helping our pass out trainees find jobs through industrial linkages. Likewise, capacitating the staff through state of the art training sessions and prepare them for modern day TVET challenges.

PR & Marketing strategy is a major management priority and it is designed to achieve organizational goals and create value. We are responsible for building positive brand image of PVTC, integrating the whole organization and creating public visibility using different marketing tools and platforms such as mass media, print media, electronic media and direct interaction with stakeholders including Government Agencies, Industries, Local Community and Donor Agencies. Consequently, paving the way forward for innovative and result oriented operations and assisting PVTC to be recognized as a dynamic TVET organization across Punjab.

PR & Marketing Department also has responsibilities of facilitating as focal in Women Empowerment Projects, Minorities Affairs and Issues, Management of Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU), TVET Sector Support Program, Anti-Harassment Committee, Complaint Management Cell, General Complaints and as Public Information Officer (RTI) of PVTC.
